PART TIME RESTORE FRONT ASSOCIATE
Be the welcoming face of HFHTCI’s ReStore. As a ReStore Front Associate, you’ll greet customers with warmth, help them find treasures, ring up purchases, and schedule donation pickups over the phone. You’re not just selling furniture—you’re funding futures. Every sale helps build homes and hope in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist shoppers
Operate the cash register
Answer phones and schedule donation pickups

2. MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR
Turn moments into movements. As our Media Content Creator, you’ll craft compelling visuals and messages that spotlight HFHTCI’s mission. From social media posts to newspaper ads, your creativity will drive awareness, attendance, and donations. You’ll be the storyteller behind the scenes, helping our impact shine online and in print.
Key Responsibilities:
Design graphics and write captions for social media
Create flyers and newspaper ads
Capture photos/videos at events

Creativity and design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Strong writing and visual storytelling
Familiarity with social media platforms
Time Commitment: 5–10 hours per month, remote-friendly

3. COMMUNITY OUTREACH AMBASSADOR
Bring the mission to the people. As a Community Outreach Ambassador, you’ll represent HFHTCI at local events, fairs, and festivals. You’ll staff our information booth, share our story, and connect with potential volunteers and supporters. You’re the voice of HFHTCI in the community—friendly, informed, and passionate.
Key Responsibilities:

4. EVENT SETUP & DECOR SPECIALISTCreate spaces that inspire. Help transform ordinary venues into vibrant, mission-driven spaces. As an Event Setup & Decor Volunteer, you’ll assist with signage, booth design, and decor for fundraisers and outreach events. Your eye for detail helps us make a lasting impression.

Set up signage, tables, and decor

5. FUNDRAISING ASSISTANT
Fuel the mission through generosity. As a Fundraising Assistant, you’ll help plan and execute events that raise vital funds for HFHTCI. From donor outreach to raffle coordination, your efforts will directly support our ability to serve families in need. You’ll turn community spirit into tangible support.

6. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Keep the engine running smoothly. Behind every successful nonprofit is a well-organized team. As an Administrative Support Volunteer, you’ll assist with data entry, filing, and communications. Your attention to detail ensures our operations stay efficient and our volunteers feel supported.

7. SITE BEAUTIFICATION LEADER
Add the final touch to a new beginning. As a Site Beautification Volunteer, you’ll help landscape and beautify the exterior of completed homes. From planting flowers to laying mulch, you’ll create welcoming outdoor spaces that reflect the care and dignity HFHTCI brings to every build.

8. NEIGHBORHOOD LIASION
Connect HFHTCI with every corner of the community. As a Neighborhood Liaison, you’ll build relationships with local residents, share updates, and gather feedback. You’ll help us understand community needs and ensure our programs are responsive and inclusive.

11. VOLUNTEER RECRUITER
Grow the movement, one person at a time. As a Volunteer Recruiter, you’ll attend events and engage with potential volunteers. You’ll be the first point of contact for many, helping them find their place in our mission and feel excited to contribute.

12.APPLICATION & ONBOARDING ASSISTANT
Make joining HFHTCI seamless. As an Onboarding Assistant, you’ll manage applications, send welcome emails, and schedule orientations. You’ll be the friendly guide who helps volunteers feel informed and appreciated from day one.

15. RESTORE MAINTENANCE & GROUNDS VOLUNTEER
Keep our mission space clean, safe, and welcoming. As a ReStore Maintenance & Grounds Volunteer, you’ll help organize donated items, tidy up shelves and storage areas, and assist with light outdoor tasks like grass cutting, weeding, and sweeping walkways. Your work ensures that our ReStore remains a pleasant and professional space for shoppers, donors, and staff—while supporting the heart of HFHTCI’s fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize donated items and tidy shelves
Sweep walkways and clean common areas
Assist with grass cutting, weeding, and outdoor maintenance
